While we work with anyone who needs job search assistance, we specialize in working with young adults who are looking to launch or relaunch their careers.
Gen Z faces unique obstacles such as tech dependence, mental health issues, remote work, digital distraction and learning gaps (school/work) due to the covid pandemic. At PathFinder Consulting, we understand these challenges and work with each client to overcome their individual hurdles.
We also work with college students looking for help finding summer internships.
